Abstract

Work safety and health also discipline must be sought and applied in every company because protection of workers from occupational hazards and diseases due to the work environment is needed by employees so that employees feel safe and comfortable in completing their work. optimal so that it is expected that employee performance will increase which can support the success of the company's targets.


The research method in this case that we use is data quality testing using the Validity Test andReliabilitytest, and descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using the T Test.


Based on the results of the validity test of this study, it is valid and reliable, of course, with alpha crocbach values 0.92 and 0.96. The results of the descriptive analysis of the two variables are 2.64 and 2.63 and are in the high category, which means that employees agree that the effect of K3 will be implemented on the performance of employees at PT Kharisma Menara Abadi and the dominant characteristics of the respondents are men aged 41-50 years. T test results with a count value of 13.59 and greater than the value of T table 2.039513 and the effect of K3 on employee performance by 84.4%.
