Abstract

The foundation of a bore pile or drill post is a form of deep foundation built inside the surface of the ground. The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the bearing capacity of a single pile with the results of a pile driving analyzer (PDA), calculating the bearing capacity of the pile group and the settlement of a single pile. Single pile bearing capacity using the Skempton method and α based on data correlation from the results of the SPT. Single pile settlement using the Poulos and Davis method. Calculations are at 3 points, namely Abutment 1 point 27, Pillar 1 point 9 and Abutment 2 point 5.


It can be concluded that the method α has a value approaching the PDA. Qu value on Abutment 1 point 27 is 403.4 tons compared to 417 tons, in Pillar 1 point 9 Qu is 403.4 tons compared to 417 tons, and at Abutment point 2 point 5 Qu is 336.36 tons compared to 469 tons. From calculation resul of settlement using Poulos and Davis method is 8,3 mm to Abutment 1 point 27 and Pillar 1 point 9, then 7,7 mm to Abutment 2 point 5.
